Shala Yoga is the only independent yoga studio in Accra, offering a comfortable and modern environment that’s spacious, clean, and equipped with air-conditioning and fans for ultimate comfort. Located in Airport, directly opposite the Villagio apartments, the studio provides daily classes in the mornings and evenings, making it convenient for everyone to find a suitable time to practice. With a drop-in rate of 45 cedis per session, participants are encouraged to bring their own mats, although all necessary materials are available on-site. Shala Yoga caters to all levels and features a diverse range of styles, guided by a team of experienced, certified teachers. Among them is an authorized Level 2 Ashtanga Yoga teacher, Nieves Lahuerta, an expert in breathwork and ice baths.
